BookMyDr is a software platform and technology provider only. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, or healthcare services. All medical decisions remain the responsibility of licensed healthcare professionals.

5. Subscription & Payments

Certain BookMyDr services may require paid subscriptions, software licenses, setup fees, or annual renewals. Access to premium features may be suspended if payments are overdue.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, source code, logos, branding, graphics, documentation, website content, and related intellectual property remain the exclusive property of BookMyDr and BytSoft Tech Solution Pvt. Ltd.
