This Refund Policy explains the terms governing refunds, cancellations, subscriptions, software licenses, installation, and related services provided by BookMyDr.

1. Software Products

BookMyDr is a digital software product. Once software activation credentials, license keys, installation files, or access credentials have been delivered, purchases are generally non-refundable.

2. Subscription Services

Annual subscriptions and renewal payments are generally non-refundable once activated. Customers are encouraged to review plan details before purchasing or renewing.

3. Installation & Setup Services

Charges for software installation, configuration, customization, onboarding, training, and implementation services are non-refundable once work has commenced.

4. Duplicate Payments

If a customer is charged multiple times for the same transaction due to a technical or payment gateway error, the duplicate amount will be refunded after verification.

5. Failed Transactions

If a payment is successfully debited but the service is not activated due to a verified technical issue, customers may contact support for resolution, account activation, or eligible refund processing.

6. Exceptional Refund Requests

Refund requests outside this policy may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval of such requests remains solely at the discretion of BookMyDr management.

7. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days and returned through the original payment method, subject to banking and payment provider timelines.

8. Cancellation Policy

Customers may choose not to renew their subscription at the end of the current billing period. Cancellation does not automatically entitle a customer to a refund for previously paid fees.
